But it’s tough isn’t it? You would like to know how to choose an IT company but with so many out there, how can you possibly know which is the right one for you?

- Have they done it before?
Ask about their experience. How long have they been in business? What kind of support do they provide for their current clients? Is this the kind of help that you’re looking for?
- Are their employees on Linkedin?
Give their employees a quick search on Linkedin to find out what kind of skills they have and whether these would suit your IT needs.
- Have you researched the company’s background?
Do they have any case studies or testimonials? What kind of companies do they currently support? Can you find them on social media platforms?
- Is the company local?
The closer the company is to your business, the quicker their response time; they will be able to get onsite sharpish, should you require urgent help.
- How much is it going to cost you?
Of course cost is a factor but it’s probably not wise to opt for the cheapest option out there. You might not be getting the quality of service you need or the skills you require to support your business.
