Maypole Dental & Implant Clinic are a dental practice based in Royton, near Oldham, offering a comprehensive range of dental care, as well as a wealth of cosmetic procedures.
Maypole were experiencing network issues between a crucial main office PC and their server, and contacted Aspect IT for help. Maypole was not an existing Aspect customer at that time, but was able to access Aspect’s experienced support team on a Pay As You Go (PAYG) basis, without a pre-existing support contract being in place.
Unable to resolve the issue over the phone, Aspect deployed a support engineer to visit Maypole, and was able to quickly resolve the network issue in person.
