Sale of Goods Terms & Conditions

1) General Terms

  1. All mobile phones provided by Aspect IT Ltd are SIM free & not locked to any provider.
  2. Aspect IT Ltd is not responsible for SIM cards inserted into the mobile phone. You must check with your SIM provider that the SIM will work with the mobile phone & receive suitable coverage.
  3. Aspect IT Ltd accepts no responsibility for SIM’s not functioning or any associated charges.
  4. No upgrades are available for any mobile phones purchased from Aspect IT Ltd.
  5. Aspect IT Ltd accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen equipment & any associated charges.
  6. No insurance is provided by Aspect IT Ltd against data loss due to equipment failure.
  7. Aspect IT Ltd accepts no responsibility for 3rd party software or updates that you install.
  8. Payment must be received within 30 days & interest may be charged for late payments.
  9. Any claim for loss or damage shall be Ltd to the sum paid by you for the goods.
  10. If any provision is found by court or other competent authority to be void or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed to be removed & the remaining provisions shall continue in full force & effect.
  11. These Terms & Conditions are subject to change without any notice.

2) PAYG IT Support

  1. All IT Support Tickets purchased from our online shop are subjected to our IT Support Terms and Conditions.
  2. The IT Support Terms and Conditions will be sent to you upon receipt of your purchase. You will also be sent details on how to access the AIT+ portal.

3) SellerDeck Software & SellerDeck Plugins

  1. When you purchase SellerDeck software, it is not a retail boxed product. Instead you will be sent a license key and a link to download the installation software. No refunds are available for SellerDeck software after purchase.
  2. SellerDeck Plugins are non-refundable. When we receive your payment we will email you the plugin with full installation instructions. We can provide an installation service for an additional charge.

3) Delivery

  1. All equipment is sent recorded delivery & Aspect IT Ltd is not liable for delays or failed deliveries.
  2. All items are subject to stock availability & subject to price changes without notification.
  3. You must sign for the goods to acknowledge that you have received them.
  4. If your goods fail to arrive within 7 days of dispatch, we will firstly investigate the delivery with the courier & then may offer you either a full refund or a suitable replacement, depending on the outcome.
  5. Where an incorrect delivery address has been supplied we reserve the right to charge for any additional carriage costs incurred.
  6. Claims for damage, delivery discrepancy etc. should be made within 48 hours of delivery – claims will not be accepted after this time. Please sign the consignment document ‘UNCHECKED’, as we cannot otherwise accept any claims for damage in transit.

3) Warranty Returns

  1. If you wish to return any goods you must notify Aspect IT Ltd & we will issue you with a unique RMA number if the return is authorised. Please note that you should not send any goods back until you have received this RMA authorisation number, otherwise we will be unable to process your return. Please follow all instructions that accompany the RMA number carefully.
  2. The buyer is responsible for any return postage charges.
  3. Call 0845 5212 080 & ask for the warranty returns department.
  4. All equipment comes with standard manufacturers warranty of 12 months unless otherwise stated.
  5. Any faults that occur due to software installation, software updates, accidental damage or deliberate damage are not covered under any warranties by the manufacturer or Aspect IT Ltd.
  6. If products are returned and found to have no fault or the fault is from negligence or accidental or deliberate damage, Aspect IT Ltd will return the goods to you and charge for the delivery.
  7. Ensure that products are returned in suitable packaging. It is important to note that when returning your equipment we recommend insurance is taken out should the item go missing in transit.
  8. The buyer is responsible for any return postage charges.
  9. Aspect IT Ltd will not be responsible for any missing items and not be responsible for the items during transit as they remain your property (covered by your postal insurance).
  10. When you have received an RMA number, Aspect IT Ltd will provide you with the return address.
  11. SellerDeck Software and SellerDeck Plugins are non-refundable.

4) Cancellation

  1. You have the right to cancel your order at any time after you place your order & up to 3 days from receiving delivery of the item (this does not include SellerDeck Software and SellerDeck Plugins). After this period the order is non cancellable.
  2. If the item is to be returned, it must not have been used, must not have had any additional software installed onto it, be in perfect condition & it must be returned in its original packaging.
  3. Aspect IT Ltd reserves the right to either reject the cancellation or levy a charge if the goods are not returned in a satisfactory condition.
  4. The cost of any missing items will be deducted from any potential refund.
  5. All returns will require a restocking fee, £10 per mobile phone and £50 for larger items.
  6. The buyer is responsible for any return postage charges.
