With over 30 years experience, they provide pharmacy services to patients and customers via their online service.

DialaChemist had outgrown their initial, single unit premises and were moving to a fully fledged warehouse with two floors of office space.

This require an IT project to manage the server, communications links and all the IT systems to their new warehouse and offices. This was planned accordingly and executed professionally to ensure the IT systems were up and running quickly.

We also implemented a scalable and very configurable VoIP telephony system which allows rapid response to the growth pattern of DialaChemist as well as fail-over solutions for servers and communications which provide continued up time in this online pharmacy environment.
