Another month, another Good Deed… here’s Good Deed 4!
For those who don’t know, to celebrate 20 years in business we’re on a journey to 20 Good Deeds.
So far we’ve designed marketing materials for Huddersfield to Ukraine Humanitarian Aid, provided food donations to Oldham Foodbank and given IT equipment a good home at Age UK Oldham.
Now, for our fourth Good Deed, we’re delighted to share that we have donated food and cleaning supplies to Pennine Pen Animal Rescue!
More About Pennine Pen Animal Rescue
Pennine Pen Animal Rescue, based on Honeywell Lane in Oldham, take in and provide sanctuary to unwanted or abandoned animals. They then work to give animals the best care possible whilst finding them forever homes.
The charity also operate a couple of charity shops across Oldham, selling donated items and using the funds to keep the Rescue operational.

Giving Food and Cleaning Supplies
After reading up on the amazing work being carried out at Pennine Pen, we were keen to help in some way so reached out directly to the Rescue who expressed their need for food and cleaning supplies.
We took note of everything they asked for and headed straight to the shops!
A trolley full of cat food, treats, bleach, sponges and bin bags later, our shopping trip was complete and it was time to drive everything down to the Rescue.
We’ve always received warm welcomes from friendly volunteers each time we’ve done a Good Deed, but this one was extra special as there was a furry friend waiting for us too – Dory!
As you can see, she sat very well for the picture (there may have been a treat involved).
