For our 8th Good Deed, we’re delighted to announce that we have donated selection boxes to The Together Centre!
Based in Dukinfield, The Together Centre are a charity providing support and opportunities to families in the Tameside area.
The team there run a range of classes, activities and services including SEN mums and tots classes, autumn walks, a community library, junior theatre workshops, doorstep meal deliveries for those who can’t leave their homes due to health issues and SO much more!
When we saw the amazing work being carried out at The Together Centre, we were very eager to support them, but with so much going on there, we weren’t sure where to start!
We therefore got in touch with Leanne, The Together Centre Manager, who expressed the charity’s need for donations of chocolate and on that note, it was straight to the shops to gather selection boxes!
The selection boxes we donated will be given to children in the families who visit The Together Centre this Christmas, as well as to those who receive doorstep meal deliveries.
It was an absolute pleasure to support this charity, who are making a real difference for people of all age in the community, for our 8th Good Deed.
