Our journey to 20 good deeds continues!
Completing our 10th Good Deed and marking the halfway point on our journey to 20 was a huge achievement for us here at Aspect IT.
We’re now feeling super motivated and are looking forward to completing our remaining 10 Good Deeds.
In fact, we’ve just completed Good Deed 11 and it was egg-cellent…
For our 11th Good Deed we’re delighted to share that we have donated Easter eggs to Our Community Wardrobe Oldham’s Easter school appeal!
Our Community Wardrobe Oldham, ran by local fundraiser Sally Maher, supports families in need in our community. They distribute a variety of items including preloved clothing and other essentials.
For the past few years, Sally and the team have held an annual Easter egg appeal.
The aim of this appeal is to provide an Easter egg to every school child in the community, encouraging businesses in the Oldham area to get involved and donate.
When we saw that Sally had once again ‘hopped’ into action (we promise that was the last Easter pun) and started the 2024 appeal, we were eager to get involved and got in touch with her immediately.
Days later we’d bought a stack of Easter eggs and they were in the office waiting to be collected by Sally.
It was an absolute pleasure to support her and Our Community Wardrobe Oldham for Good Deed 11.
Our donation will help towards their appeal, ensuring that an egg goes to each child across 14 schools in Oldham and surrounding areas this Easter.
