Our Social Media Management service is for small-medium sized businesses that need assistance with their social media presence.
After speaking with a few of our clients we realised that many people want to post on their business’s social media accounts, however, there’s often something getting in the way of making that a reality, e.g. a lack of time, skill or budget. This leads to posts becoming inconsistent or even worse, accounts being totally neglected… a recipe for disaster when you’re trying to stand out from competition online.
Our service alleviates this problem, helping businesses that want to be active on social media do so without the hassle or responsibility.

How Does the Social Media Management Service Work? What Do You Do?
First, I’ll have a meeting with you to analyse your current social media activity and discuss your needs, why you want to be active on social media, your goals, the platforms you’d like to be active on etc. I’ll then take this information and devise a plan to share with you.
Once you’re happy with the plan, I’ll get to work creating content for you. I’ll draft social media posts for you on a regular basis (details of what I’ll post, when I’ll post and where I’ll post will be agreed on in our initial meeting), sending all the content over to you for approval before publishing it for you on your business’s social media accounts.
It’s super straightforward and as a client, you can be as involved (or uninvolved) as you’d like.

I’ve been working with this client for a while now and in the first 6 months they saw some really amazing growth figures including a 147% increase in the number of visits to their Instagram profile, an 835% increase in total engagements on LinkedIn and a 31% increase in total followers across each platform combined. It’s been a pleasure creating content for them and to see them getting positive results like this is the cherry on top for me.
