Introducing our new Helpdesk Engineer, Kyle!
Kyle joined the Aspect IT team in June and has been settling in really well.
As part of the helpdesk team, his day-to-day responsibilities include taking calls and answering emails from our clients to ensure IT issues are solved in an efficient, timely manner.

My time with Aspect IT so far has been great! I’ve settled in well and I really get on with my colleagues.
As a Helpdesk Engineer I work on the helpdesk with the team answering client queries and helping them with their IT issues as and when they crop up.
My favourite thing about my job has to be my colleagues – I work with a really great team!
When I’m not working I like spending time with my dog, Winston.
Go for it! The great thing about a career in IT is that there are different routes you can take to get there. You can do an apprenticeship, a college course or if you’re lucky you can just jump straight into it. There are options and you can pick the best one for you.
I can snowboard and I once went to the world championships for Jiujitsu!
